- Job Purpose:
Responsible for software installation and after sales support of MaliaTec solutions.

- Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Implement MaliaTec digital solution related to software installations and related applications
2. Support all customers regarding technical questions and product features
3. Handle all technical repairs and upgrades for all products supported at the service center
4. Possess deep technical knowledge of all products features and specifications
5. Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
6. Identify opportunities for solutions quality improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
7. Build & maintain a distinguished relationship with customers’ key employees
8. Stay informed about the latest technology trends and directions
9. Keep Technical Manager proactively informed regarding products’ performance and other problems and opportunities
10. Submit to Technical Manager daily report on implementation or support status following visits or phone support

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in software installation and configuration, SQL servers, software oriented to handle the mainframe, CMS, wayfinding
