The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company across all digital channels. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a community and following, engaging and interacting with followrs, manages all social media channels, team members, campaigns to engage customers, and customer satisfaction. Their job role includes the creation of content that drives their brand and engages customers. In addition to planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Digital Marketing strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
Manages all the social media channels of a company or organization including the CEO Personal social media platforms. Social media channels include Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google MyBusiness, etc. They are responsible for ongoing updates about the brand and service of the company in social media accounts to engage customers.
Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Engages with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Facebook: 2 posts per week
Instagram: Responsible to create a social media strategy, create a content calendar, engage with customers, run online Live sessions with our team in Dubai. Main Metric: increase engagement and followers of our customers in Dubai and our potential new customers based on the personas"
Creating and maintain a community and following, engaging and interacting with followrs
Creat proessional posts, engaging posts, topics of interest,etc
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules for the upcoming weeks.
Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Suggeste and implement creative ideas like giveaways, competitions & LIVE Stories Interviews.
Create video blogs
Website User experience: Ensure that website is user friendly, manage landing page, google Adwords, SEO monitoring
Organize podcasts with CEO and other Head of departments for social media use
Running lead generation campaigns on Linkedin and Google to drive traffic to owned website
Plan, Execute, Monitor and Reporting of SEO/SEA Campaigns with a lead gen objective while maximising ROI
Day to day management of Online portals such as (not limited to), PropertyFinder, Bayut, Dubizzle to ensure lisitngs are updated, and driving leads
Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or equivalent.
English Level:: Excellent
Duty Hours: Full Time - Remote Working Hours.
Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Platforms Management, in regards with the below:
-Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
-Knowledge of project management and web design best practices
-Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
-Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
-Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
