Description


Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Handling customers calls, requests & claims
• Opening new Technical cases & following up on existing ones
• Performing proactive visits to clients
• Handling frequent meetings with clients
• Following up on Service Level Agreements with clients
• Following up on daily basis on the technical team & issued service reports
• Reconciling Service Reports with data entries on service management software
• Handling overtimes of technical team
• Reporting to the IT Supervisor (Head of technical team) & coordinating with him on daily basis

Education:

• Fresh Graduate (preferable to have some experience in IT, internships…)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (A technical background is strongly preferred)

Attitude & Skills:

• Good level of IT Literacy (Excel, Word)
• Flexible & Able to work under pressure
