• Bachelor's degree in marketing or any other related field.
• Proven work experience as a Head of Digital or Digital Director with a reputable agency.
• 8+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Extensive experience in setting up campaigns on Business Manager, Adwords, Twitter, LinkedIn, SnapChat, TikTok, DV360, Google Analytics.
• In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels.
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Work on the formulation and implementation of digital media strategies including E-commerce to meet campaign's KPIs.
• Manage and train the rest of the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Lead and supervise the day-to-day strategic digital media planning and buying activities.
• Measure ROI and KPIs.
• Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets.
• Organize and lead performance campaigns.
