Description


The Junior Coordinator is responsible for serving as the focal point between perfumes suppliers and HOLDAL. She/He provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of marketing and advertising campaigns. He/she is also responsible for brand coordination, preparing reports and maintain databases, promotion and media, stock management and coordination with the Sales team.

Key Accountabilities:
1.Brand Coordination:

-Perform market visits to ensure the proper concept implementation of the brand.
-Receive and check the orders’ codes and pricing, in order to ensure accuracy in receiving the products.
-Communicate with suppliers to ensure good relationships and continuity for repeated business.
-Conduct market research for data collection and benchmarking purposes, to be able to compete in the market.
-Execute Gift with Purchase (GWP) as well as Special Events programs effectively, in order to maintain the global brand guidelines and monitor sell out.
-Collect market share by brand, category and point of sale.
-Conduct product-knowledge trainings and inform Beauty Advisors about new launches in order to create awareness concerning the marketing plan and products.

2.Reports and Documentation:

-Prepare sales reports and share them with suppliers (including New Launches Sell In and Sell Out reports).
-Coordinate with suppliers to create Business Plan and Business Review reports.
-Prepare reports
-Ensure all adjustments on and transfers in the database are performed accurately and successfully.
-Oversee the effective creation of products and of their respective bar codes in the system.

3.Promotion and Media:

-Prepare offers in order to respond to the market needs for the purpose of customer value creation.
-Handle visual merchandizing in order to promote all brands and acquire a competitive advantage in the market.
-Review and maintain an accurate clients’ database in order to sustain an effective Customer Relationship Management.
-Handle the marketing plan for assigned brands to guarantee awareness and accurate product positioning.
-Measure and track return on investment of promotions and media activities in order to draw the needed lessons for future plans to handle their execution.

4.Stock Management:
-Forecast future orders to be able to manage and sustain a good value of selling stock with the Demand Planning Unit.

5.Coordination with Sales Representatives:

-Coordinate and follow up with the Sales Representatives regarding promotions and new launches to guarantee the achievement of brands’ goals.
-Set sales goals in agreement with the Commercial Manager, and monitor sales constantly to ensure their achievement.

6.E-Commerce:

-Manage all aspects of Perfume brand management on digital platforms, including devising a marketing plan, assessing sales, managing stock and creating visuals, bundles and offers.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
-0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in the P&C industry.
-Fluent in Arabic, English. French is a plus.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-A great team player, with a dynamic and creative persona.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and public relations skills.
-Proven presentation skills.
-A fast learner with good analytical skills.
