Description


Sales and Events:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our quarterly quota and increase our revenue.


-Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, connections, visits, etc)
-Pitch agency to prospective clients
-Create sales strategy and new business growth opportunities
-Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
-Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
-Develop quarterly sales strategy and goals
-Generate Leads and close deals
-Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
-Search for new client leads
-Prepare proposals and sales budgets, that are geared towards maximizing profit while fulfilling customer needs
-Identify market trends to supports managements in strategic decision making
-Manage relationships with existing customers.
-Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
-Find new ways to grow business
-Liaising with the operational team to ensure delivery of the clients needs
-Working with agency to make sure clients objectives are met
-Identify business opportunity, identifying projects and analyzing sales options
-Identify, develop and maintain key accounts as well as foster new relationships to exceed revenue goals
- Find opportunities geared towards the FIFA worldcup.
-Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
-Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
-Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
-Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
-Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
-Coordinate all operations
-Lead promotional activities for the event
Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
-Approve all aspects before the day of the event
-Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
-Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports


Qualifications

6+ years' of sales experience
5+ years of events experience
Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
Communication skills
Negotiation skills
Problem solving skills

Speak and write excellent English and Arabic

Quarterly commission of up to 3% on net sales
