A leading company is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to lead its office in Lebanon.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Well-connected among decision makers in F&B, Hospitality and lifestyle merchants’ categories
• Excellent Sales, Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build, train and lead a large multinational team
• Excellent ability to build systems and procedures to drive sales
• On-hand management style with close monitoring and reporting skills
• Well organized with Exceptional time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
• Min BA in Marketing , Business or other related field
• Motorized
