Job Position: Digital Marketing and Sales Officer

Job Role: The purpose of this role is to promote and sell the company’s services and products through promoting its diversified activities. Development, implementation, tracking and optimization of a digital marketing strategy across multiple channels (including website and social media platforms).
A. Main Tasks and responsibilities:
1- Managing the company’s website, digital platforms, and social pages.
2- Prepare and deliver high profile and quality digital products and services.
3- Uploading and updating content on a timely basis – liaising internally and externally with key members and service providers.
4- Design and maintain our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram...), and stay updated on the popularity with the target audience.
5- Recommend, discuss, and implement appropriate strategies (SEO and SEM) where applicable.
6- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, website traffic… to help shape future marketing strategies.
7- Promote the correct use of the company’s brand both internally and externally through digital channels.
8- Identify digital trends and evaluate emerging digital technologies.
9- Sell company’s products and services to corporate clients and individuals.
10- Generate new business revenue through delivering against and exceeding set targets.
11- Acquire and demonstrate customers’ needs, to match the correct proposition for the customer.
12- Generate sales leads through cold calls, referrals, and any other appropriate tool.
13- Prospect for business by telephone, online and one-on-one interactions in both existing customers and any identified prospects.
14- Develop and close new business sales.
15- Practice proper upselling and cross selling techniques where appropriate to maximize growth, and/or introduce new services.
16- Attend to all job related queries on timely manner.
17- Perform various tasks assigned within related scope of work.
18- Maintain confidentiality of all information come to his/her hands.
B. Skills Needed:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Experience in SEO, SEM, & social media ads.
3. Experience in Photoshop & Graphic Design is a plus.
C. Qualification and requirements:
1. Marketing university Degree.
2. Bilingual (English and Arabic), French is a plus.
3. 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
4. One year of experience in software solution provider would be a plus.
