The job holder is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and/or enhancing whole back-offices reports, tools and features from an interface level, and coordinating activities related to technical requirements and technical delivery.
1.1 Manage all online business back offices.
1.2 Examine day-to-day Back End activities and implement the business processes following company’s guidelines.
1.3 Work together with various business teams and vendors to provide system analysis input to business requirements.
1.4 Create and maintain access controls and user privileges (to be transferred to technical team if any).
1.5 Perform reports extraction.
1.6 Derive needed reports for business based on personal analysis or as requested by the online manager.
1.7 Prepare daily operations reports (games, growth, tickets, active users, etc.).
1.8 Monitor activities of the dashboards, highlight flags and reports.
1.9 Recommend to the technical department new enhancements for back-offices tools and functionalities.
1.10 Assist the online division resources with required tasks when needed.
1.11 Draw proper back offices user documentation related to operations.
1.12 Take ownership of the change management processes on operations level to ensure that changes are sufficiently tested and well documented.
1.13 Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) for new features and products.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer science, MIS or related fields
