- Job Purpose:
1- Responsible for attracting talents, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews and ensuring optimized recruitment process
2- Act as the Group’s ambassador towards stakeholders. Maximize the Group’s exposure to build equity, attract and retain talent

- Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Consult with Managers to understand assigned position requirements and specific job objectives vs needs
2- Draft respective Job descriptions as per the set standard
3- Conduct interviews, shortlist qualified candidates and reference check positive ones
4- Ensure optimized recruitment process at all time
5- Meet with hiring managers to ensure on-boarding objectives are set before the start of the new employee
6- Organize, schedule and conduct on-boarding sessions
7- Provide needed support during the whole ONB period, assess needs and act proactively
8- Suggest internal moves when possible based on job vacancies v/s required competencies
9- Build social media plan and ensure proper implementation to enhance employer branding. Respond to inquiries, comments and raised complaints
10- Actively participate in the organization and execution of Group Initiatives/events

- Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or any other related field

- Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
