The job holder is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the integration activities of software applications and quality assurance practices in line with organizational policies, standards, and guidelines, through leading the quality assurance team.
1.1 Develop and execute the test plans, quality procedures and standards for the applications and maintenance releases.
1.2 Coordinate with the project team designers and project managers for efficient product delivery.
1.3 Review Requirements and Design Documents for completeness ensuring the requirements are testable.
1.4 Assess time for the work or tasks required.
1.5 Conduct certification tests and product qualifications.
1.6 Report the project status and team metrics to the QA manager.
1.7 Provide technical support during software installation or configuration, and third level support for live projects.
1.8 Provide training to end users and the technical support staff on the implemented system when required.
1.9 Evaluate the testing processes, make improvements for effective testing.
1.10 Develop and implement automation framework processes.
1.11 Conduct functional and non-functional tests (integration, regression, performance, security etc.).
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
