To develop & lead a team of Account Representatives within the middle trade channel into delivering desired execution of sales business plans, sales volume, and in-store fundamentals.
Provides the team with adequate training, coaching and mentoring in order to develop their conceptual selling skills, ensure development and proper career paths.
Organizes and staffs the team with adequate resources and talent in order to achieve the desired levels of Organizational Excellence.
Develops and leads the implementation of the customer’s business plan to achieve sales, share and in store fundamentals targets.
Develops strong account penetration to facilitate collaboration, achievement of desired business results and joint work.
Negotiates and manages customer trading terms (payment, logistics, pricing, funds) to achieve business targets.
Conducts frequent field visits in order to identify opportunities & achieve desired objectives.
Communicates internally any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on the business in order to take required action.
Trade Funds Management
Manages assigned trade funds/assets efficiently within agreed guidelines in order to maximize the return from these funds and prevent misuse.
Oversees the collection of receivables to make sure they are done within the agreed payment terms.
I. Role Requirements
Academic Education & Professional Certification Operational & Managerial Experience
• Bachelor degree in Business
• Master’s degree is a plus
• 4-6 years’ experience in sales of at least 2 of them are in Middle Trade
• At least 1 year in managerial role
