The job holder is responsible for conceptualizing and developing creative designs for use in marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and websites, ensuring they meet the requirements of internal and external parties.
1.1 Brainstorm and design compelling and consistent creative ideas for all digital platforms: Social Media Posts, Online Store, Display Ads, Website, Blog, Email Campaigns, etc.
1.2 Translate product positioning, existing research and online/offline marketing strategies into effective designs.
1.3 Adhere to brand guidelines and templates.
1.4 Establish consistency in design across all the online and offline marketing channels.
1.5 Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
1.6 Maintain accuracy of all content.
1.7 Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences.
1.8 Accommodate other interdepartmental design requests.
1.9 Keep abreast with latest technologies in social media, design tools and applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Graphic Design.
- Detail Oriented
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.
- Good understanding of social media and marketing concepts.
