o Implementing strategy, Creating programs and campaigns, Overseeing content, Planning events, Handling external communications, Analyzing marketing data
o Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor’s data and create marketing plan alterations as needed.
o Provide excellent customer Service by ensuring any internal and external guests have a positive experience whilst dining at our premises.
o Manage and maintain CRM system and database
o Ensure data accuracy and flow of information through CRM software across all branches
o Conduct courtesy calls to ensure proper guest experience and to audit the system
o Manager CRM team and daily calls
o Maintain marketing tools and applications ( Websites & SM platforms)
o Manage events/exhibitions that benefit the brand (PR, convey brand image, events related to the hospitality industry, awards…)
o Communicate regularly with event organizers to ensure positive business relationship.
o Coordinate with all entertainment companies/agents (DJs, entertainers, musicians…) for any event/special occasions.
o Analyze sales behavior (rush hours, popular menu items, average guest check…)
o Analyze daily sales figures and compare with last year’s figures (Sales figures, average guest check, number of customers, sales mix) and prepare daily and monthly sales reports to be sent to top management.
o Responsible for developing marketing strategies based on market research.
o Prepare and implement brand guidelines.
o Prepare yearly marketing plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year.
o A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing duties in restaurants , hotel business or retails.
o A degree in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
o Fluent in three languages: Arabic, English and French.
