a. Must have an intensive knowledge of food & beverage products.
b. Must have refined skills in guests' relations.
c. Must have strong computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and restaurants POS Systems.
d. Must be aware of Management functions and have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and guests.
e. Ability to manage and lead the restaurant crew must be apparent. Demonstrate ability to lead by example.
f. Must be able to read and analyze financial reports: Budgets, P&L, cost control reports.
g. Must have the ability to take spontaneous, yet professional decisions.
h. Possess broad organizational skills.
I. Languages: can easily communicate in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
-Must have at least 6 years of experience in the food service industry with at least two years in a managerial level position. Experience in multi-unit food service company preferred.
