2. Checking and filing all invoices and returns.
3. Data entry and receipt voucher entry
4. Follow up on the collection and dates of collection of receivables ( aging report)
5. Statement of account reconciliation
6. Stock inventory weekly and yearly.
7. Follow up on expenses and maintenance for office and warehouse
8. Administrative tasks (receive phone calls – get office supplies ...)
- Minimum 1 year experience.
-Bachelor degree or TS3 in accounting.
-Must have computer proficiency and organizational abilities.
-Must have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
