• Conduct full-cycle pre-sales activities including but not limited to writing offers, quotations, requesting from client bill of quantities, drawings and project details

• Develop and continuously update competitive analysis

• Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers

• Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers. • Understand customer requirements and provide sales support

• Generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries

• Research, develop and modify products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs

• Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers

• Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management

• Set and achieve sales goals, forecast and quotas

• Document salessteps and write reports for top management

• Maintain a depth and breadth of contact across all customers and team members


• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent.

• Experience in electrical or electronics fields.

• Fluency in English for verbal and written communication.

• Must have driving license.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

• Digital skills and ability to work on MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Leadership skills and high motivation to take initiative in seeking new clients.

• Problem solving skills with ability to approach problems using creative and innovative methods.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Team working skills and a philosophy favoring collaboration over competition.

• Quick learner with an ability to adapt quickly to change.

• Capable to work under pressure and hardworking environments.

• Respect for company’s procedures and ability to comply with regulations.

• Fluency in French is a plus
