Ecomz is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for its advanced ecommerce management platform.
We are looking for a business development manager who will be contributing to sales boosts, customer satisfaction and retention, and to the growth of the platform!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the management
- Conducting demos of our products and services multiple times per day to prospects and following up according to a sales framework to complete the sale and hand the project over to the execution team
- Presenting sales, revenue reports, and forecasts to the management team
- Speaking at events and happenings where the brand is showcased
- Developing a deep understanding of our services, products, markets, and our buyer personas
- Contributing in designing and implementing strategic plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Having a clear, well-structured compliance with company's sales processes and CRM data needs
- Researching and understanding the competitive landscape
- 3 to 5 years of proven business development experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relative field of study or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- GCC retail experience is a must
- High rate of Public Relationship
- Experience in selling client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English and Arabic)
- Commitment to developing new skills through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Deep digital understanding
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Ecommerce or SaaS experience is a must
