- Job Purpose:
Responsible for assisting the Chairman and CEO in administrative related duties

- Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Facilitate the Chairman’s daily schedule ensuring suitable welcome to guests, managing the conference room equipment/stationery… and informing the driver of the daily trips
2- Schedule meetings and ensure availability of needed materials in advance
3- Attend meetings and handle the drafting and dispatching of minutes of meeting
4- Ensure accurate and timely replies to emails and dispatching of documents
5- Ensure timely development of presentations
6- Keep projects/initiatives on track
7- Ensure proper organization of events (guest listing, dispatch of invitations…)
8- Ensure at all times an up-to-date filing system (of corporate and personal data) and quick access to documents
9- Handle supply request issuance for expenses validated by Chairman/CEO
10- Ensure timely renewal of personal cards/permits
11- Address professionally and promptly internal and external stakeholders’ queries/requests
12- Handle delicately and deal properly with privileged information
13- Handle travel bookings and optimize travel schedules and expenses
14- Ensure full compliance with travel policy & procedure

- Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

- Experience:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in any administrative/secretarial position
