Description


- Job Purpose:
1- Responsible for developing and implementing the training plan of Malia Group in coordination with line managers
2- Responsible for designing and developing learning and development solutions to cater for planned and unplanned needs of subsidiaries

- Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Source, screen, and establish relationships with training suppliers to negotiate and choose the best training solutions targeting competency gaps
2- Assist in the development of the yearly training calendar and actively coordinate with all concerned to ensure timely and proper execution
3- Partner with internal "Subject Matter Experts" to design and deliver training and coaching for employees
4- Actively participate in designing and developing training workshops to ensure continuous upgrade of Malia Training L&D offerings
5- Actively assist in developing individual learning plans to optimize employee performance, internal mobility and career development; ensure timely execution of set plans
6- Track, using proven project management approaches, all training and development programs
7- Analyze training output/results and suggest different action accordingly
8- Ensure proper communication of learning and development initiatives with stakeholders
9- Lead/Act as a role model for employees while ensuring good relationship with stakeholders
10- Develop learning needs for new comers and follow up with hiring managers to ensure that each new comer fulfill his/her learning needs in a timely manner
11- Provide needed support during the whole ONB period, assess needs and act proactively
12- Build and implement social media strategy/plan for designated platform, through competitive research, platform determination and audience identification
13- Assist in the yearly business plan development
14- Report on monthly basis to Talent Acquisition & Development Manager the status of ongoing projects

- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Master’s Degree in HR is preferable

- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D management and instructional design
