What you'll be doing
As an Acquisition Functional lead, you will identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the traffic and leads acquisition to Hovi's Clients and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of various search engines. By generating more leads for the business you'll open up new opportunities for driving growth and profit.
You will also be developing, planing, and executing alongside your team the acquisition strategy that will be the engine behind this growth.
You should drive your team towards success and encourage productivity and passion for the job. This includes mentoring, recognizing accomplishments or providing rewarding and challenging work opportunities.
You are detail and task oriented, so when a deadline is set, you make sure it is met while maintaining an energetic and enthusiastic approach.
Your main function will be analyzing, reviewing and implementing customer acquisition strategies while overseeing search engines strategies substantially:
Review and validate keywords strategy and plan based on the outcome submitted by the Research Team
Develop a complete on-page SEO Strategy (develop all the metas needed, from Slug, Meta descriptions, H1, Alt texts, Structured data, etc....)
Oversee the off-page SEO strategy (Listings, back linkings, etc...)
Work closely with the Content team to develop a search engine friendly approach to support your SEO strategy
Adjust the web pages elements according to the optimization team's input in relation to acquisitions tactics
Oversee and measure key acquisition metrics shared by the optimization team such as organic traffic, ranking positions, domain authority, conversion rates, engagement metrics etc...
Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and new SEO tools and best practices
Develop Acquisition playbooks incorporating current processes to improve customer acquisition results and analyze potential customers' growth
Develop ADs briefs templates that will help the design and content team in:
Identifying the needs, the expectations, and the objective of the requested task
Manage and Prioritize the workflow and time allocation of the team, using Wrike our task management tool
Manage weekly one on ones and sprint meetings with your team
Set clear KPIs to evaluate and monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of departments' overall OKRs
Oversee and validate acquisition strategies, budgeting, content briefs, and executions
Oversee the development and execution of data-driven strategies, using creative low-cost strategies to grow Hovi clients' target market
Oversee the development and execution of a full-funnel social commerce strategy
Manage email briefs, validate the content shared by the content writer and create briefs for the assets that will support each email to be shared with the design team
A Bachelor Degree in marketing or related field of study.
Prior experience in content growth and SEO
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and resolve problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Familiarization with Google analytics, Google search console, Google ads and google optimize
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Strong leadership skills
