▪ Perform restaurant opening, mid and closing activities and organize management of repair and maintenance
issues
▪ Organize table reservations and waiting list along with the Guest Relations Manager
▪ Meet and greet guests, provide exceptional guest service
▪ Ensure fast an accurate guest service at all times and solve guests’ problems as per the outlet guidelines
▪ Make sure all the team members do not leave their assigned sections and are alert to guests’ needs
▪ Train, coach, develop and discipline all service team through ongoing feedback
▪ Monitor staff performance and hold staff accountable for their performance, ensuring guests’ expectations
are met
▪ Maintain proper inventories, ensure compliance with proper cash control procedures and complete related
accounting and administrative reports as needed
▪ Assist management in developing and implementing core business and marketing plans
▪ Prepare and hold daily briefings to all the outlet team before every shift
