Description


JOB OBJECTIVES:

Analysis, estimates, and Monitors all company costs and allowances, as well as forecasts all future variance escalations of certain branches. Responsible for verifying and controlling all costs that go in and out of the company warehouse, and audits all invoices related. Determines cost efficient solutions for the most profitable projects.


TASKS & DUTIES:

1. Collects and verifies reports coming from branches / Conducts daily variance analysis for all branches

2. Contacts branch managers to determine variances' root cause

3. Develops monthly reports showing branches' variances

4. Provides the HR department with monthly report (reports show quantity differences in branches)

5. Receives and registers sales reports

6. Develops a cost analysis reports

7. Reconciles all inventory accounts based on actual purchases and actual inventory ‎stock

8. Determines if there is a data entry mistakes through comparing between sales and purchase

9. Validates the cost of goods sold at the end of each month

10. Ensures that all items are available on the system


WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:

· A minimum of 2 years experience as a Cost Control supervisor in F&B section

· B.S. in Accounting or Finance, or any related field

· Fluent in Arabic, French and English
