The sales associate is responsible to ensure customers service answering product questions to showing customers products that meets their needs. The sales assiciate is responsible for maintaining the store clean well organized and restocking items.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcomes customers, greeting and assisting them..
* Directs customers to counters; suggesting items and provide accurate information about products and prices
* Helps customer make selections and build customer confidence; offering suggestions.
* Processes payments.
*Cross-sell and upsell etc....
*Coordinate with the Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service
*Perform inventory counts and stock management.
