Description


- Ensure the restaurant is set up for each service.
- Prepare the side stations, ensuring they are fully stocked for the service.
- Communicate politely and display courtesy to employees and guests.
- Coordinate and cooperate with Branch Manager, and kitchen employees.
- Ensuring that all orders are completed in time and with the correct priority.
- Collect food orders from the kitchen.
- Oversees the cleaning and resetting the working station.
- Solve and/or communicate guest queries to the line manager or the concerned departments whenever required.
- Apply the policies and regulations related to the health and safety, grooming and hygiene.
- Maintain the sequence of service steps all the time.
