• Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic marketing, technical marketing, sales or operations
• Aptitude with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Sufficient knowledge of lighting applications and systems
• Prefer strong technical background and/or experience in Lighting industry
• Ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and other functions.
• Ability to manage cross cultural communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and self-motivated team player
• Strong program manager with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of different organizational levels.
• Knowledge of B2B content marketing strategy, tools and processes, including marketing automation software.
• Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and multiple sales channels.
• Comfortable in facilitating customer meetings and delivering presentations.
