Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Assist customer to understand all products and perform demo for various field applications.
2. Provide technical support to customer and configure the equipment.
3. Analyze customer requirement and ensure product meet customer requirements appropriately.
4. Perform debug and troubleshoot on different kind of equipment, internally and on customer sites.
5. Develop and determine various product features, write guides and manuals.
6. Prepare documents and proposals.
7. participate in the calls and remote sessions with the customers.

Educational Background and Experience:
BA or MS in Electronics, networking and systems, CCE or other equivalent
