• Analyzing the brand positioning and consumer insights
• Manage a team of interior designers working on delivering exceptional customer fulfilment
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Increase company awareness through targeting new customers and segments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior design or equivalent
• Proven experience in team management
• Experience in identifying target audience
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Outstanding communication skills
