1) Perform the allocated shop drawings.
2) To generate shop drawings upon Projects Director request.
3) Prepare the take-off of the project.
4) Shop drawing logs and planning.
5) Submittals for logs and samples.
6) Prepare estimated budget within the required time plan.
7) Ensure that all activities are done within the approved budget and to improve the project profitability.
8) Meet with clients and agree on the project’s specifications.
9) Issuing job orders.
10) Provide and coordinate with subcontractors.
11) Coordinate with accounting department to issue the invoices.
12) Follow up on the invoices with the clients.
13) Follow up on the production and quality of the products.
14) Provide approvals according to project’s requirements.
15) Schedule and monitor the site progress, alert the Installation manager when schedules are delayed.

16) Maintain the relation with client and assure his full satisfaction.
17) To acquire maximum of variation orders within projects.
18) To involve Projects director with all decisions and to updated planning on weekly basis.
19) All correspondence with all involved parties to be addressed by emails.

Wood works experience is a must
