Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• Monitor daily transactions receiving of goods, consumables, material purchased manual and systematic, make sure to deliver to concerned store keeper.
• Signed Delivery notes and deliver to admin/accountant.
• Receive material and send the delivery notes to the accounting department.
• Transfer of goods from site to site, system and follow-up physical done and receiving by second parties as well and send email to concerned parties on daily basis.
• Monitors and book all stock in and out items electrical support current store keeper.
• Support store keeper in and out transactions.
• Maintains a correct inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, wholesale accounts and the do-it-yourself public.
• Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balances and checking list with managers on ground and top management.
• Make physical count permanent and adjust necessary as per management decision.
• Develops and utilizes tracking report weekly
• Coordinate and liaise with the Direct Manager
• Maintain professional communication skills,
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate should have excellent computer skills; organized and problem solving abilities and good organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business. To maintain the grade
Continuous training is a must in order to increase his knowledge and direct it to the whole accounting department.
Follow up on all updates related to international standards.
