We are looking for a Shop Manager to improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing turnover and maximizing profitability.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales according to quantities in order to maximize profits;
•Assessing and evaluating KPIs
•Analyze hourly/daily/weekly sales performance, monitor selling items, missing sizes/ items and collection rotation (in coordination with BM), Identifying replenishment needs, maximize sales and sellout
•Apply preventive actions and measures for theft limitation
•Prepare staff schedule based on traffic, daily sales targets, events and operational needs
•Ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process of shipments/items
•Maintain a high level of customer service and track customers’ comments;
•Resolve customer service issues to retain the clients;
•Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
•Conduct daily “walk through” activity to ensure all policies and procedures are being implemented regarding the service, presentation and store environment.
•Support strong employee performance by setting clear expectations, providing performance feedback and developing employee capability;
•Team building and problem solving
•Responsible for all financial transactions and cash operations
•Reporting and communicating with the Brand Managers
•Monitor the inventory process and activities such as cycle count and stock movements including transfers between shops, transfers to/from warehouse, damaged items, etc.
•Perform other job related duties as assigned.
•Undergraduate in Business management or related major
•Minimum 2 years of Experience in Retail
•English is a must
•Exceptional written, verbal and report presentation and communication abilities.
•Microsoft office Knowledge
