Description


Responsibilities
 Welcoming and greeting clients.
 Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
 Applying Professional selling techniques (consultative, upselling…)
 Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
 Explain & demonstrate product features and warranty agreements.
 Provide information on daily deals and promotions.
 Attractive products display and organized stocking.
 Respond to customers’ requests and concerns in a resourceful manner.
 Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
 Replenishment of sold items.
 Exceeds customers’ expectations in handling complaints and problem solving.
 Make sure that work area and aisles are clean and shelves are dusted properly.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field is a plus.
 3+ Experience in sales.
 Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
 A commitment to excellent customer service.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
