Backoffice assistant ,knowledge in accounting is a plus.
The assistant will be responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support to the executive in a professional and timely manner.
The assistant works one-to-one with the executive on a wide variety of matters.
Roles and responsibilities:
1- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
2- Managing dairies and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager.
3- Booking and arranging travel , transport and accommodation.
4- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
5- Responding to the diverse tasks required by the manager.
6- Handling all the administrative tasks in a timely manner.
7- Handling and following up with banks operations.
8- Managing the office and making sure all supplies are available.
