Abi Ghosn Group is looking to hire an HR Manager who will be responsible for the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Recruits and screens applicants to ensure suitable staff for required positions.
2- Maintains files of all employees and related documents required.
3- Conducts new employee orientation and induction, development programs and trainings.
4- Monitor and performance review and evaluations of new recruits and companies’ staff.
5- Complies with all companies' policies and procedures, local laws, and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
6- Conduct surveys of competition and employment trends in the local marketplace to establish the company's salary scale and the benefits scheme.
7- To maintain a suitable climate of labor relations to achieve operating goals.
8- To ensure the employees' work conditions related to health, hygiene, staff meals, uniforms, etc... are up to the standard set by the Company.
9- Develops annual departmental budget related to training, staff welfare, and yearly manpower forecast.
10- Prepare to the CEO, Operations Manager, and all department Heads a presentation of personnel activities, staff turnover, absence, productivity, and report by departments, etc…….
11- Staffing of departments to meet responsibilities related to hiring, termination performance, evaluation, and development of positive employee relations in a supportive environment.
12- Maintains fair wage and salary administrate in accordance with the Company's policy.
13- Handling payroll starting with the attendance till their ending monthly salary.
14- Prepare all the documents needed for the ministry of finance, ministry of labor, social security, and general security in coordination with the company's external audit consultant.
15- Coordinate with universities and events in relation to recruiting.
16- Handle insurances, work permits, and residences for the employees/labors.
17- Works hand in hand with other department Heads to solve staff problems and complaints and ensures corrective action is taken as per the company's policies and procedures.
