As one of our Counter Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and are responsible to deliver amazing and delightful guest service. You will have a working knowledge of all Dagher’s products. A passion for amazing food, coffee, and genuine, authentic hospitality is a must at Group Dagher.
Duties & Responsibilities
Acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest
Exceed our guests’ expectation for service and build a reputation for ultimate service
Be attentive at all times to needs of guests and be ready and able to serve and/or direct guests
Walk all department displays every 30 minutes and ensure they are clean, well merchandised, and have properly organized
Ensure packing guidelines are followed
Ensure that quality products are available for sale and products are rotated
Demo and sell product as time permits or as instructed by management
Follow daily duties and ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Follow all company policies and procedures
Up-sell products in order to reach sales targets
Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
Inform Supervisor of unavailable and nonperforming products
Practice safe work habits; maintain a high level of store cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment
Assist in training new team members
Perform any other related duties as requested by management

Education and Experience:
An Associate’s degree or high school diploma.
0-3 years’ sales experience.
A professional appearance.

The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
