The role of the Housekeeping Supervisor is monitoring, organizing and motivating the housekeeping team and deploying them in company work location efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Managing Team Leaders and employees.
o Coordinating all the work activities of housekeeping projects.
o Prepare and conduct training programs for Team leaders and cleaners in performing their job duties.
o Establishing cleaning checklists for every project.
o Ensure staff levels in all projects are maintained as per contract requirements.
o Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
o Ensure that the equipments and materials are delivered on time to all projects.
o Monitor chemical consumptions & site supply requisitions to insure costs are kept to a minimum without losing the quality of service.
o Perform routine inspections to all sites to insure cleanliness, sanitary and safety procedures are maintained.
o Ensuring that health and safety requirements are met at all projects.
o Evaluate records to forecast department expenses.
o Record data regarding work assignments personnel, personnel actions, time cards and prepare periodic reports.
o Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping services.
o Discipline team leaders and employees in accordance with company policy documenting all actions taken.
o Apply the QMS related to the department.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
o Good communication skills.
o Leadership & problem skills
o Attentive to details.
o Knowledge in Housekeeping Field, cleaning products, tools & machines.
o Knowledge in OHAS standards.
o TS or BA in Hotel management– or equivalent
o Proficient with MS office applications.
o Fluent in Arabic and English
o Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping background.
