We are looking for a talented architect intern (stage) who is eager to learn from potential experience and is willing to contribute to our company’s success to prove himself/herself as an indispensable member of our team. This position involves all phases of architectural work from the earliest stages right through completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
• Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback
• Adjust designs to meet the changing needs of clients
• Produce detailed blueprints and drawings
• Present design proposals
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
Qualifications
• University Degree in Architecture
• Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software
• Good computer skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
