o Plan, direct and coordinate the marketing of the company products and services, personally or through brand managers.
o Establish marketing goal to ensure market share and profitability of products.
o Develop marketing plan and programs to ensure the profit growth and expansion of the company products
o Plan the company advertising and promotion activities.
o Communicate with advertising agencies.
o Recommend the price of products to achieve satisfactory profit.
o Ensure effective control of marketing objectives and budget spending.
o Conduct marketing research and surveys on current and new products.
o Qualify sales leads through excellent contact via a variety of mediums such as trade shows, telephone, personal contact and personal visits
o Submit formal quotations and bids in response to customers’ requirements.
o Manages subordinates and is responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation.
o Responsible for the application of the Quality Management system related to the department and its continuous development.
o Responsible for all Marketing activities.
o Responsible for communicating and shaping the company’s mission and vision.
o Responsible for brand positioning and exposure.
o Prepare and fill all marketing reports (Daily, weekly, Monthly, and yearly).
o Responding on Customers queries and Comments on social media.
o Conduct Market research to promote the companies’ lines of businesses using right channels.
o Working on branding, advertising, events and exhibitions, online campaigns, and social media.
o Work in parallel with Graphic Designers to improve the branding image of company.
o Participate in Public Relations and Customer service activities of M-Holding.
o Link and coordinate with media companies for public coverage of any event in the country or in the company.
o Manage the Social Media platforms related to the company such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
o Manage and follow up the Internal communication of departments.
o Assist in developing the SOPs of the Marketing department.
