Engage, collaborate with stakeholders across business functions amongst Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Global Support Services, Technical Services, Channels & Alliances, Renewals, Customer Advocacy, Order Management and Strategy & Enablement, Product Business Units, Pricing & Packaging.
Understand customer problems in the operations management space and drive feedback to the Development teams
Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
leading the foreman on projectsite and manage the strategy plans
Reviews and work with the interior architects and ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions satisfy the requirements and delight customers
Identify and report on key performance metrics, drawing key insights and leveraging them to help set the strategic agenda for the Solutions Engineering, Specialists & Architects team
Responsible for offer design and solution engineering, research and analysis, writing/editing of white papers, capability statements, and presentation development for a large and active contract .
Aids the Business Development Manager with shaping the RFP, determining customer intimacy and identifying strengths and weaknesses of the organization in pursuit of the opportunity
