We are a Facility/Property and Service management Company looking to Hire a Sales Coordinator with a proven record of accomplishment.
Part of your job is to:
1- Provide the company with new clients and business opportunities.
2-Represent the company in its SLA's
3-Draft contracts and lead negotiations
4- Contact Person with Property and Coownership owners.
5- Coordinate with the Accounting department and Reporting Authority on financial forecasting of Co-ownership's and Budgets of clients.
The Company will be providing the candidate with Transportation fees, Basic Salary, CNSS registration and Commission basis incentive on contracts provided by the Latter.
