• Ensures all financial transactions are recorded accurately and proper records are maintained in to conform with statutory and reporting requirements
• Confirming that all due purchase invoices are reported and paid on a timely basis
• Coordinating the payroll reviews, confirming its accuracy, verifying the base data, validating the corresponding vouchers
• Reviewing and Preparing the monthly income tax reports, VAT quarterly declaration reports, yearly tax reports, NSFF monthly and yearly reports, and assuring that all requirements are met and submitted in accordance to the Lebanese legislation and deadlines
• Implement the accounts reconciliations and assure that accounts review and balances confirmation are all received on a periodic basis
• Communicate with the auditors and comply with the audit requirements
• Responsible for the custody of legal files of companies, official journals and documents, and contracts
• Fixed Assets Control and Register update
• Bank Reconciliation and Cash Position


Education: Bachelor degree in accounting or business Administration/Finance & Accounting

Experience & knowledge:
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in accounting with rigid knowledge of accounting and financial standards and Lebanese accounting law.

Core competencies /skills:
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and Lebanese accounting law
• Computer literate (MS, Excel, Word) with experience in Dolphin etc………..
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French, spoken and written
