Job Objective:
Qualisus is looking for IT professionals who will provide technical support to monitor and maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity. The collaboration is expected to be on a yearly term and based on a needs basis deliverable.

• Provide technical assistance and solutions with computer software
• Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or remotely
• Log bugs and enhancement requests
• Perform software installations, configurations and updates as needed
• Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Diagnosing and repairing faults
• Resolving network issues
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
• Managing multiple technical requests/issues at one time
• Testing and evaluating new technologies
• Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment
• Implement a proper data protection strategy

• Relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information technology or any equivalent is required
• A minimum 3-5 years of proven working experience in IT support
• In depth knowledge and experience in Windows and Microsoft office 365 applications
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• English and Arabic language proficiency is a must
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
