University graduate; BSc. Engineering degree or equivalent
Having around 7 to 10 years of experience in Maintenance within the Manufacturing industry, ideally in Food & Beverages Production
Familiar with ISO9001 standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Bilingual and computer literate.
The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair work in machines and building. He/She will regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and resolve issues of various projects. Below is a summary of the job description:
Inspects sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
Prepares weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
Coordinates daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
Oversees all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
Maintains all inventory of equipment and ensure proper storage.
Complies with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
Conducts preventative maintenance work.
Conducts follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
Conducts safety inspections as scheduled.
Establishes strategies to meet workload demands on time.
Performs additional assignments as per Plant Manager’s request
Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Strong Technical Knowledge. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good planning abilities
