For a leading company located in Ashrafieh, an Office Assistant is needed.

Essential duties:
• Answer telephone calls
• Handle minutes of meeting
• Prepare and release letters whenever instructed by the business owner
• Handle VIP customer feedbacks and requisitions whenever required
• Handle office stationaries purchases, and quotations whenever required
• Perform filings
• Maintain legal corporate documents and coordinate with the business owner for renewals prior to their expiries or whenever needed
• Liaise with internal and external parties whenever necessary and as instructed by the business owner
• Handle office emails and dispatched the needed for the concerned parties
• Handle business owner travel and personal activities
• Prepare and release reports as instructed by the business owners

Reporting line:
Reports directly to the business owner.

• Preferably holder for a technical or BA degree
• English and Arabic proficiency is a must
• Familiar with the use of technology.
• Good knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
• Familiar with figures and numbers and its manipulation.
• Multitask
• Detail oriented
• Meticulous

Compensation and Benefits:
• Working schedule from Monday till Friday from 9:00 till 18:00
• Basic salary of 2,000,000 LBP + $300- paid in cash
