Review and follow-up on Loyalty program

Preparing and writing procedures for users
Propose data integrity tools
Propose reporting, test and control content
CRM follow-up (Salesforce)
Website follow-up (Prestashop knowledge is a plus)
Qualifications
BA in Computer Science, Management information system or equivalent
Communication Skills
