We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge.
In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow.
Excellent communication skills are essential. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets.
Responsibilities for this role
Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
Plan and prepare for an effective, organized, and well-structured training program so as to maximize the learning opportunity and achieve objectives.
Deliver face to face and virtual classroom training, by creating a positive learning environment ensuring that all delegates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching, and feedback to achieve learning objectives.
Setup and Maintain company's Learning Management System with specific learning path per function
Evaluate employee's knowledge gap and put systems in place to recover the gap
Setup and maintain new employee's on-boarding plans via hybrid learning experience in coordination with the functional managers
You will be a good fit if you have:
Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
