Job Purpose:
1- Responsible for attracting talents, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews and ensuring optimized recruitment process
2- Act as the Group’s ambassador towards stakeholders. Maximize the Group’s exposure to build equity, attract and retain talent
3 - Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Consult with Managers to understand assigned position requirements and specific job objectives vs needs
2- Draft respective Job descriptions as per the set standard
3- Source for talents by using designated sourcing mean
4- Conduct interviews, shortlist qualified candidates and reference check positive ones
5- Conduct newcomers Orientation Sessions
6- Ensure optimized recruitment process at all time
7- Meet with hiring managers to ensure on-boarding objectives are set before the start of the new employee
8- Organize, schedule and conduct on-boarding session
9- Provide needed support during the whole ONB period, assess needs and act proactively
10- Conduct exit interviews with resigning employees, 48 hours maximum after resignation letter is signed, report output and suggest/recommend way forward
11- Suggest internal moves when possible, based on job vacancies v/s required competencies
12- Build social media plan and ensure proper implementation to enhance employer branding
13- Lead on the social media plan execution
14- Respond to inquiries, comments and raised complaints
15- Receive employee comment and grievance, perform needed investigation when need be and forward request/concern to respective HR team manager
16- Actively participate in the organization and execution of Group Initiatives/events
17- Actively support Job Fairs preparations and execution
18- Actively participate in the organization and execution of Group Initiatives/events
19- Actively participate in the development of yearly Business Plan

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in the recruitment field.
