Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks. Main responsibilities include:
1. Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos on the executive’s behalf.
2. Maintaining comprehensive information flow in a timely and accurate manner, and accurate records
3. Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
4. Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
5. Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
6. Make travel and accommodation arrangements
7. Take minutes during meetings
8. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
9. Organize and maintain the office filing system

Skills, Competencies and Knowledge:
1. 30 Years and above
2. Solid English
3. Excellent MS Office knowledge
4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
5. Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
7. Discretion and confidentiality

Educational Background and Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration
2. Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
