• Develop, manage and solidify customer relationships to achieve sales goals
• Promote aftersales business to win routine parts order, service deals, maintenance contracts, extended warranties, engines overhaul and other revenues.
• Manage CRM to ensure regular contact with existing, new and old customers, building on established relationships with frequent customers and re-establishing contact and rapport with lapsed customers or new contacts
• Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines.
• Actively grow existing accounts and develop new customers
• Identify and execute opportunities to cross sell, upsell and find new opportunities with current customers
• Provide strong technical advice, establishing yourself as the “go to” aftermarket person in PowerGen Industry
• Have a solutions-driven approach integrated with a strong “customer first” focus
• Plan with the team all spare parts orders for PowerGen products. Have accurate forecast and planning of spare parts purchase based on market demand.
• Monitor, control and implement high ratio of Parts and Filtration availability while following up on all Customers relating parts and order/back order.
• Support in acquiring spare parts quotes, service repairs, competitors’ activities and pricing.
• Support in establishing pricing policy and menu pricing in accordance with the market demands.
• Adequate knowledge of PowerGen business with a strong technical background from related entity.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic), both with internal and external Customer required, written and verbal.
• A Minimum of three years’ experience in aftermarket industry with exemplary target achievement skills.
