The main purpose of the Sales & application Engineer is to promote company’s business, manage customers need and provide the right PowerGen product to customers after thorough technical studies of business requirement. Also, explore market for opportunities within segments to ensure growth and expansion of company’s business and achieve targets.

• Provides world class service through building and maintaining positive Customer and employee relationships; operating at optimum capacity, setting and achieving PowerGen services and operational objectives.
• Develops and use innovative methods and work techniques with adequate guidance to deliver to customers proper products that suit their need.
• Active involvement with customers outside the office premises and carry out defined complex tasks to achieve the target.
• Applies engineering experience, technical skills and continue to develop learning in creating ultimate solutions for customers.
• Installation Quality Assurance (IQA): Has a thorough understanding of the installation review process, including the tools and processes associated with the various applications and industries.
• Cross-Functional Design Review: Can conduct cross-functional projects design review with independency and minimum assistance.
• Applications and Products Validation: Understands the measures of data quality applied for different applications and products, methods of analysis and available tools. Plans the workflow required to schedule, install, setup, calibrate and operate the equipment associated with the project/applications.
• Project Management: Obtains input and negotiates with subject matter experts and consultants. Can apply the principles, techniques, and procedures of project management, and is able to use the tools appropriately as part of the work with limited assistance.
• Manage Customer Relationships: Understands the critical components of enhancing the productivity (schedules, appointments, call plans, feedback, etc.). Has an understanding of attitudes and behaviors to establish a strong relationships and built trust. Understands the need to and responds with the appropriate time frame to customer needs.

• University degree in mechanical engineering with strong knowledge of electronics and testing equipment.
• A Minimum of 5 years of mechanical engineering experience with market knowledge in similar industry.
• Strong Solution provider with problem solver skills and prompt decision making.
• Proven customers management skills and ability to manage high volume of requests at one time.
• Excellent communication skills and good command of English and Arabic languages to convey the needs of the customers.
